Following receipt of the lead name passenger details and confirmation of the booking, a confirmation e-mail with the ABParking reference number will forwarded
Passengers that request a car parking permit be sent via e-mail will have this attached to their confirmation e-mail
If the car parking permit is to be forwarded by post this will be despatched at least 4 weeks before the sailing date of the cruise

Whether you choose to book online or via our call centre select your cruise ship and date of sailing and then choose your parking service. These car parking spaces are located in a dedicated car park in the Western Docks, alongside the City Cruise Terminal and are in full view of the cruise ship and within metres of the check-in area. Passengers will self park their cars and unload their personal luggage from their vehicle and take their cabin luggage to the assigned drop off area at the Cruise Terminal. Passengers retain their car keys throughout the duration of the cruise. Blue Badge Holders must pre-book these services and only confirmed reservations can be accommodated on the day.
ABParking is the only company with cruise car parking facilities within the Southampton port estate for passengers of Royal Caribbean, Celebrity Cruise Lines, Fred. Olsen, NCL, MSC & Saga Cruises
Parking for all other cruise lines that operate from the port cannot be booked through ABParking and further information should be obtained from the booking agent or the cruise line
ABParking do not offer cruise car parking for P&O Cruises, Cunard and Princess Cruises, their cruise car parking provider is Cruise & Passenger Services - please contact them directly on 0345 071 3939
There is a dedicated blue badge car park located directly adjacent to the City Cruise Terminal
Spaces should be pre-booked & paid for prior to the sailing date and are subject to availability
The blue badge, along with the parking permit, must be displayed clearly in the car windscreen on arrival in the port
Once the vehicle is parked in the blue badge car park, the blue badge should be removed from the vehicle and retained by the holder throughout the duration of the cruise
ABParking has a designated Blue Badge Holder car park which must be booked and paid in advance but is subject to availability
Mobility scooters and wheelchairs can be unloaded but are subject to the guidelines issued by each cruise line
ABParking do not charge an administration fee for cruise car parking reservations
There is no charge for using a debit or credit card
All major credit and cards are accepted with the exception of American Express
During the payment process, you will be transferred to SagePay, where your payment will be processed through their secure payment portal
ABParking do not hold or retain customer credit or debit card details

Prior to 60 days before your cruise departure date - free of charge
Within 59 to 31 days - 15%
Within 30 days to departure date - 20%
If you need to amend the car registration details you have provided, please make your changes using the Manage My Booking facility on the website

Our on-site car parks are operated by the owners of the Port of Southampton with dedicated facilities used only by cruise passengers and they are locked once the ship has departed and re-opened the day the ship arrives back in port

Embarking Passengers;
It is the responsibility of all passengers to unload their personal possessions from their vehicles
Porters will be in all car park to take care of cabin luggage. Passengers are also able to transfer their cabin luggage through to the assigned drop off area at the Cruise Terminal.
Please retain in your possession passports, cruise tickets & hand luggage
Trolleys are provided for passengers wishing o take their own luggage through to the cruise terminal
Disembarking Passengers;
The cruise line will arrange for passenger cabin luggage to be discharged from the ship and will be available for collection by passengers in the cruise terminal
Trolleys will be available in the Baggage Hall
All car parks operated by ABParking are situated in open air secure compounds located within the Southampton Port Estate
Space permitting we do permit passengers to park vehicles other than a standard size car, however this would need to be arranged in advance and is subject to availability
An additional charge will apply to vehicles taking up more than one standard car parking space
There are no height restrictions applied to any vehicle
For Terminal Long Stay, Terminal Blue Badge and Shuttle car parking, passengers park their own vehicles and retain their car keys throughout the duration of their cruise
For all Meet and Greet car parking, passenger car keys are retained securely by ABParking throughout the duration of the cruise - on returning to the port an ABParking representative will be available on the ships arrival to return the vehicle keys to the driver
